We want you to be completely satisfied with you new Blazer Jackets.

Please contact us immediately* if you received damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise and we will provide you with a prompt replacement as well as a pre-paid return shipping label. (*within 7 days of delivery) Email:  CONTACT@BUYABLAZER.COM

If you are not satisfied with the style selected or the fit we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or refund within 60 days of delivery. In this case, there is no need to contact us. Simply complete the “Return & Exchange Form” included with your order and return it along with the merchandise. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges back to Buy-A-Blazer for returns, and both ways on exchanges. We offer a flat outbound ground shipping rate of $6.50** for exchanges.

Exchanges are typically processed and turned around within 24-48 hours of receipt. However, if time is of the essence we recommend placing a new order and returning your original merchandise for a refund. Email:  CONTACT@BUYABLAZER.COM for assistance.

***Please Note. Merchandise must be returned in original NEW condition with all labels & tags attached, as it was received. We cannot accept worn, altered or damaged merchandise. If worn, altered or damaged merchandise is returned to Buy-A-Blazer it will be rejected and returned at the customers expense.

When preparing your return or exchange please make sure that the merchandise is securely packaged and that the box is in good condition and of an appropriate size to protect the contents. We recommend insuring your package when shipping with the U.S. Postal Service.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING is available for orders with merchandise totaling $150. & up. Free shipping is available for orders shipping to contiguous US addresses only and is not available for residents of Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping charges will be deducted from a refund if returned merchandise results in a net total of less than $150.00. Free shipping is not applicable to exchanges.
