- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international orders placed on-line are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Tariffs, Taxes, Duties & Brokerage Fees are the sole responsibility of the customer or recipient. Please check with local authorities prior to ordering. **Please Note: We have temporarily limited international shipping on line due to inaccurate dimensional shipping calculations. You can email a copy of your shopping cart and we will provide you with an accurate shipping quote. We hope to have this issue resolved shortly.
- APO's: APO orders ship via the U.S. Postal Service only. We cannot insure packages or guarantee delivery times when shipping to APO's or other military installations.
- ADDRESS CORRECTIONS & UPDATES: The U.S. Postal Service does not currently have a mechanism in place for updating delivery addresses once a package is in transit. Package loss due to providing incomplete or incorrect addresses are the customers responsibility.
- Fedex charges $25.00 to correct or update an address while a package is in transit, pre delivery. Any such changes will be charged to the customer. IF SHIPPING TO A PLACE OF BUSINESS PLEASE BE SURE TO SPECIFY THE BUSINESS NAME to avoid potential Fedex correction charges.
- CLAIMS FOR LOST PACKAGES: U.S. Postal Service Policy dictates that we are required to wait 21 Business Days for Domestic Shipments and 45 Business Days for International Shipments before we are permitted to file a claim. PLEASE NOTE: When shipping to Italy we are required to wait 60 days. Please take this into consideration when selecting your method of shipping. This information is NOT applicable for Fedex shipments.
- Please Note: We reserve the right to switch carriers with "equivalent levels of service" to meet our on-line shipping estimates due to a particular carriers requirements and regulations. Fedex, UPS and USPS use weight & dimensions to calculate their shipping charges. We simply default to the carrier which best suits the package size.
- **USPS SHIPPING GUARANTEE INFORMATION: USPS Priority Mail typically takes 1 to 3 business days (M-F) to reach most contiguous US addresses. However, Priority Mail is NOT guaranteed. Meaning, that if it ends up taking 4 or more business days the USPS will NOT issue a refund for shipping. USPS Priority Mail Express has a 2 business day guarantee (M-F) to reach most contiguous US addresses. Meaning, that if it ends up taking 3 or more business days the USPS will issue a refund for the cost of the shipping. USPS Priority Mail Express International typically takes 3 to 5 business days (M-F) to reach most Canadian addresses. However, Priority Mail Express International is NOT guaranteed as the USPS generally hands the package off to Canadian Post for final delivery. Meaning, that if it ends up taking 6 or more business days the USPS will NOT issue a refund for shipping.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING is available for orders with merchandise totaling $150. & up. Free shipping is available for orders shipping to contiguous US addresses only and is not available for residents of Alaska or Hawaii.
